WHEN WILL I SEE RESULTS?
Patience is key here. If your story is newsworthy it will have a very good chance of being picked up. We only have genuine journalist and publication contacts in our database, so we can’t tell them what to do! They will always jump on stories that they know their audience wants to see.
Here are some scenarios:
- If your news is particularly relevant to content a publication has planned, you are very likely to receive a swift response. An example might be a public statement from a company that has recently been in the news for discovering a new vaccine.
- You may have noticed that sometimes stories about similar topics are grouped together. This is usually the collation of multiple sources of content. Here is an example. You have just written your first new book. A publication receives your book launch press release and groups it with others they have recently received. They will then contact you and the other up and coming authors to conduct a series of interviews. This is then grouped together and the story published. This whole process may take a few weeks.
