Farrar Gesini Dunn, a law and accounting firm based in Australia, has launched ‘Modern Divorce’, an online-only family law service designed to revolutionise the divorce process.
Modern Divorce offers clients clear and concise online legal advice, at a lower cost and with a faster turnaround than regular brick and mortar law firms, and without the need for appointments during the day.
The advice engine behind the software uses a combination of the AI automation platform Neota Logic and the real-life lawyers at Farrar Gesini Dunn.
The following services are available on the Modern Divorce website:
Free tailored information – an application that asks users a series of questions in an online form that provides clients with tailored information about family law in less than 30 seconds.
Comprehensive family law advice – an application that takes users through a series of comprehensive questions covering parenting and property, as well as extra questions the client may have. The form takes 15 minutes to complete and the client receives a 5 – 10 page advice within 72 hours, which has been reviewed by an experienced family lawyer from Farrar Gesini Dunn based on the answers they receive through the app.
Wills – the website offers Free Wills and Bespoke Wills & Estate Planning services. To create a free will, the user fills out a form that takes 5 minutes to complete and receives their document immediately upon completion.
