ITEL Marketing, a lead generation company serving Asia-Pacific, has launched the world’s first Gen Y telemarketing training to the public online. iTEL Marketing hopes that the training will help to improve the quality and professionalism of telemarketing between India and Australia. The primary focus of the first training module is the most common subject matter for businesses of all sizes, cold-calling.
Their training is built on nearly a decade of skills and knowledge and uses interactive video to aid learning. The first telemarketing training video has already been released on YouTube.
