SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA, Safe Havens Sentinel V2: A modern platform now supporting Child Safe capabilities across schools, councils, sporting and religious groups

We are delighted to announce the release of Safe Havens Sentinel V2 a platform designed specifically for organisations that need to be compliant with the new child-safe laws and obligations just passed through the NSW parliament. Safe Havens Sentinel V2 is a major upgrade with new features supporting a) Child Safe capability development and monitoring and b) end-to-end reporting protection systems.

Safe Havens Sentinel V2 now supports a range of organisation types from schools to councils, sporting, and faith/religious groups, to help address their internal development of Child-Safe capabilities and broader reporting obligations. Built from the ground up to scale and support the Australian geographies and the complexities of any frontline entities now everyone everywhere has the possibility to be part of a child-safe community.

Safe Havens Sentinel V2 is a major update that builds on the advancement of previous versions. The V2 build has been six months in the making and is designed to connect communities, families, and individuals so they can engage with any Safe Havens enabled organisation to collaborate, monitor, and report on allegations and events.

The Safe Havens system is a comprehensive solution for professional assistance. Two mobile services connect community users with their school, parish or sporting groups via a secure portal [web or tablet] where every touchpoint is tracked with SLA’s, and an AI-assisted triage. In a matter of a few clicks, allegations can be assessed and if needed to be passed to a central Safeguarding Operations module where expert teams [safeguarding professionals, case managers, counsellors, investigators, etc.] can run risk assessments, pre-planning and systematised workloads.

Safe Havens Sentinel V2 includes many features such as a new knowledge base with context-sensitive beacons directly when and where the user needs it; a user compliance feature that ensures only users with valid WWCC and statutory declarations hold access; deployment and auditing of Child Safe implementation teams; performance and maturity development and much more.

“The release of the new Safe Havens Sentinel V2 is a major step forward in addressing Australia’s challenge to significantly reduce child abuse and neglect. Safe Havens Sentinel V2 is our first major Child Safe edition loaded with new features” said John Ackery, Customer Success of Safe Havens.
