This award also honours the impactful collaboration between CareVillas, the Heathcote Dementia Alliance, and La Trobe University. Their efforts culminated in the innovative Costerfield house project for CareVillas Ausrtalia, a standalone Villas designed for respite tourism, now relocated to Lake Eppalock and renamed Reflections at Eppalock. This initiative serves as a global model for dementia housing.
