PRESS RELEASE: AN OPEN LETTER TO THE HON. MARK BUTLER MP AND THE THERAPEUTIC GOODS ADMINISTRATION (TGA)

SUBJECT: $16 Million Fine for Curing Heart Disease

Dear Minister Butler and TGA Executive,

Since I first wrote to your office in June 2025, I have delivered irrefutable clinical data and real-world patient results proving that Cavadex (hydroxypropyl beta-cyclodextrin) is the biggest breakthrough in cardiovascular medicine in over 50 years.

The hypocrisy is staggering.
While the Australian Government wastes millions of taxpayer dollars on absurd projects — including a $3.7 million grant for “innovative musical approaches to multispecies justice” — your department has already slammed my company with an $80,000 fine and is now threatening a $16 million fine, plus throw me in prison.

Let that sink in.

Think about it: a treatment for the world’s number one killer is being silenced, fined out of existence, with threats of prison for its discoverer. This is beyond absurd. Of the several letters I have written to you, Minister Butler, I have never received a single response. It defies logic.

You are literally preparing to bankrupt the only Australian company that has discovered and is delivering a genuine cure for Australia’s number-one killer “heart disease” so you can keep funding musical activism for “multispecies justice.”

For 40 years the standard treatment for heart disease has barely changed, yet it remains the leading cause of death in this country. Standard care is failing miserably. Cavadex patients, however, are watching their coronary artery calcium scores plummet — results so powerful that the medical establishment dismisses them as “machine error.” In 2026 we are still being told reversing heart disease is impossible — not because science says so, but because there is far more money in keeping patients sick than in curing them.

Cavadex is not a dangerous new drug. It is a simple, starch-based excipient (HPβCD) already classified GRAS by the US FDA and used safely in hundreds of approved medicines worldwide. No patients have been harmed. There is zero public health risk. My only “crime” is daring to publish the clear evidence that this safe, dirt-cheap compound actually reverses atherosclerotic plaque.

Why is it me fighting this battle? Because everyone else is terrified of Big Pharma and the TGA. Doctors and researchers won’t touch it for fear of losing their medical licences. I am not asking for one cent of taxpayer money.

I am demanding immediate action — right now.
Minister Butler, pick up the phone today. Direct the TGA to establish a rapid-response expert panel within 14 days to examine the full evidence already on your desk. Fast-track approval and put a halt to the daily slaughter of Australians by a totally treatable disease.
