PRESS RELEASE: Junction Signs Contract to Roll Out UniPhi as its Property Development Management System

UniPhi is proud to announce that after a rigorous tendering process, we have been selected as the property development management system for Junction.
Junction, a South Australian housing and community services provider, supports more than 10,000 South Australians each year. With a strong focus on environmental sustainability and meaningful Aboriginal engagement, Junction has established a solid presence in South Australia’s property development sector. They currently manage over 2,400 properties of various types, addressing the growing demand for affordable housing.
As they continue to expand, so too does the complexity of their portfolio of projects. This was recognised by the Junction team and led to a 12 month search for the right tool to support this growth.
UniPhi, a cloud-based project and portfolio management platform, will enable teams to streamline operations within a single system. By reducing manual administrative processes, the new platform is expected to improve efficiency and support scalability across a broader project portfolio. This investment reflects a commitment to maintaining high standards of construction while adopting more integrated and effective management practices.
By using UniPhi as a central communication platform, staff can simplify workflows, support a growing number of projects and clients, and help improve tenant satisfaction.
