How Brisbane Time Saving Software Turns Real Estate World Upside Down

Brisbane, QLD – 1 November 2018 – Realwords, ad writing software developed in Brisbane for real estate agents, has celebrated the signing of its 250th customer.

Realwords – which was built on an Artificial Intelligence algorithm – automatically creates ad scripts for real estate agents, saving hundreds of hours of writing while increasing productivity in the industry.

Now with more than 250 customers paying an annual subscription, Realwords is well on the way to being a home-grown success.

“We’re thrilled to have real estate agents across Australia, South Africa, USA and even Norway save time writing ads by using Realwords,” said Derek Hayward, one of the company’s co-founders.

“Realwords was designed to save time for the real estate industry and we are really excited to think about how many hours the software would have saved agents around the world,” he added.

Realwords was created for all types of residential property, on the basis that agents lack the time to write a good property profile, also known as an ad script. Realwords allows agents to fill in a form and an algorithm turns the form data into natural language sentences.

While the number of users is still quite small, the company has ambitious growth plans, launching a new domestic online ad campaign this month.

With more than sixty thousand real estate agents operating in Australia, the growth in the country is expected to continue.

“We’re also considering a determined expansion into the US market, which will require further investment but could really see the company’s value skyrocket if we succeed,” said Hayward.

“Our goal with Realwords is to save agents time so they can focus on selling homes,” he added.
