Strategic Fleet Financing Partnership with Mitsubishi Australia and Brand Update

Evolution is pleased to announce that it has entered into a strategic fleet financing partnership with Mitsubishi Australia. This partnership has no caps on the number of vehicles that can be financed and will enable Evolution to capitalize on significant growth opportunities to service existing and new customers across both its Fleet and Traffic businesses.

The partnership involves Mitsubishi providing fleet finance for up to 150 vehicles and
accompanying equipment immediately. This will enable Evolution to refresh its fleet, lowering the average age to a target of being the youngest and most fuel efficient in the industry. This in turn will reduce our carbon footprint as well as ongoing repairs and maintenance costs.

Evolution also remains in advanced discussions with two other fleet financing groups as it
seeks to establish a diversified group of financing partners that will provide a platform for
sustainable long‐term growth. In tandem with the above, Evolution is rebranding its Evolution Traffic Control business unit to Evolution Traffic Management, reflecting a new strategy to provide not just traffic control services but also traffic management and traffic engineering services in future. In addition, the new name will align with the New Zealand operations.

As part of this rebranding, all of Evolutions vehicles will have the new Evolution livery, with the rollout to be completed by the end of this financial year.

5. Linking and fair-use
