Join Tequila Mockingbird for the telling of a South Australian fairytale, as partners in wine and in life Andrie & Mark Whisson host a 6 course wine dinner.

Spending the evening away from their Adelaide Hills winery – the Whisson Lake winemakers will be sharing some of the incredible vintages from their 100% Pinot Noir vineyard.

Each wine has been meticulously paired with six dishes showcasing the signature flavours of Tequila Mockingbird’s take on Latin American cuisine.

You might be surprised to know that there’s a whole lot more to Latin food than burritos and fajitas. It’s actually a wide range of food, all the way from Mexico to Argentina. A unique blend of Mayan, Aztec, Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese, Chinese, and Afro Caribbean flavours, Latin American food is diverse, unexpected, and most importantly, pairs wonderfully with wine!

The special menu is a great way to begin your journey through Latin America, one dish at a time, accompanied by the highly acclaimed Pinot’s of Australia’s Whisson Lake Winery.
