In times of COVID travel restrictions come the need for appropriate products. After their success with the kick-starter funded “Flite Jacket,” newly founded travel goods brand Thin Air Global have just released their next addition to the range – the Thin Air Travel Duffle.
With so many bag and luggage choices around, the team at Thin Air knew that, due to the changing travel climate and fewer long haul trips, short weekenders would have to become the new normal for many keen travellers. So, the Travel Duffle was born.
This impressive new product zips completely open down the sides like a suitcase, revealing two large main compartments. The bag offers the perfect amount of space to pack for shorter 2-7 day trips.
It has a padded laptop compartment, which can fit up to standard 15.4” size laptops (including the latest 16” MacBook Pro). The two external zippered compartments are perfect for the quick access items. It even has its own USB charging port, which you can connect to your own power bank and store inside the bag – allowing fast access to USB power for charging your devices.
Thin Air Global Founder Daniel Hooper, who combined his experience with supplying travel products for global retailers and his love of travel to create the brand, wanted travelers to have a minimal yet practical solution for the shorter length trips we’ll all have to get used to during the global pandemic.
“The days of packing the 24” luggage suitcase and going on 2- to 6-week trips are a little while off at the moment, due to COVID-19” says Hooper. “The travel industry will have to ease its way back slowly, but it doesn’t mean we can’t still enjoy travelling or quick getaways. So, we wanted to provide a duffle bag option that can work really well practically for this season of travel, but then also continue to be something to enjoy for those longer trips that will be possible again in the future.”
