Brisbane, Queensland â€“ June 24th, 2013: The Varley Group of companies announces the acquisition of Telescopic Tower Enterprises Pty Ltd (TTE) and its entry into the power utilities and elevating work platform industry. TTE is a Brisbane based company that is the exclusive Australian, Papua New Guinea and New Zealand dealer for USA company TEREX vehicle-mounted Elevating Work Platforms (EWPâ€™s), Crane Borers and Cable Placers. Italian companies Oil & Steel and Palazzani are also represented for sales and support of EWPâ€™s.

The Varley Group formed in 1886, and is now a leading engineering manufacturing and support Company that has operations in Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland. Sales of products and services extend across Australia and globally. Varley is broad-based with recognition in a diverse industry range including aviation, defence, power generation, rail, ship services and specialised vehicles.
