MERIT INTERIORS PARTNERS WITH PETSTOCK FOR NEW HEAD OFFICE INTERIOR DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION
Melbourne, Victoria, Australia – 4th December 2020 – Merit Interiors announced today that the company had secured a contract to complete PETstock’s new head office, including architectural interior design, construction and fit out.

The Merit Interiors team always endeavours to go above and beyond for clients, and this service thrust perfectly aligns with the PETstock philosophy that has driven the company’s growth to 140+ stores since its founding in 2012. By combining interior design and commercial fit out, Merit Interiors is able to meet the tight deadline and work within the given budget without compromising on quality.
The spacious 2000-square metre tenancy is set to be designed in such a way that reflects the vibrant, colourful brand that PETstock has grown to be. This will be complemented by Merit Interiors’ eye for innovative design and forward-thinking to create an interior design that exemplifies PETstock’s dynamic culture. As part of the design and construction process, Merit Interiors will be converting a large clear-span retail warehouse with curved 8-metre-high ceilings into a vibrant and productive office space constituting a mixture of open-plan workstations, offices, meeting rooms and breakout spaces—all housed on the lower level.
The upper level will comprise additional offices and workstations, as well as a large kitchen breakout deck space featuring bifold windows integrated into the external wall of the building. This feature will allow the space to be opened to create an outdoor experience that supports PETstock’s social culture while remaining within the footprint of the building. This upper level is connected via a large staircase, along with a new lift that will service all three levels, including secure access from the underground carpark.
