Spectacular sunsets over the Indian Ocean give this region its evocative name.

Spinifex Brewery Ltd is a Perth based craft brewer with a social conscience. It is unique because its a certified Veteran owned company supporting Australia’s Veteran Community by donating 50% of the profits from the sale of F88 Lager to Veteran mental health charities in each state as well as its use of Indigenous ingredients, such as native bush botanicals, to produce an exceptional range of flavours in its beers.

“This is an incredible opportunity to design and construct a small bar on one of the last remaining undeveloped commercially zoned beach side locations on the Sunset Coast”
“Spinifex is determined to create a family oriented premium space for beach goers and local residents in an area that is completely under serviced by way of premium beach side dining options between Trigg and Hillary’s says Spinifex CEO Adam Barnard.

“As a local kid growing up in Trigg and Marmion in the 80’s and 90’s I know very well this is the most sought after hospitality location imaginable in Perth and I am confident our award winning beers created by our talented Head Brewer John Gibbs and infused with native Australian botanical s collected by Indigenous farming enterprises will be well received.”

Head Brewer John Gibbs explains “At Spinifex, we use innovative techniques to combine Australian native botanical herbs and seeds to create unique flavours for our easily recognisable beers,

Through our years of industry experience and continued research and development, we have captured the ‘Taste of Australia’ in our beers.

We work with West Australian indigenous business, communities and experts to incorporate unheralded native botanicals into our recipes to create an authentically Australian flavour experience in every beer. Spinifex is the only brewing company focusing solely on creating flavours using native Australian ingredients from the most biodiverse corner of the world. This is one of the many reasons why we are so proud of our unparalleled approach to brewing recipes that exemplify the ‘Taste of Australia’

Former West Coast Eagles premiership player and Spinifex Part owner and Brand Ambassador Karl Langdon has recently commenced the consultation process with local residents and so far the feedback has been overwhelmingly positive. Hundreds of signatures supporting the small bar have been received over just single weekend.

Spinifex proposes to establish a low key family oriented Ale house on the vacant block at 249 West Coast Drive North Beach, alongside the existing fish and chip shop.

Spinifex intends to sell its liquor and non-alcoholic products accompanied by food from 11AM to 9PM, Sunday to Thursday, and to 10PM, Friday and Saturday.
