PRESS RELEASE: Local 60’s music fest right here in Brisbane

Experience the 60’s all over again, come cruisin’ back to the swinging 60’s for a day at
Arcana Brisbane. Psychedelic Sunday features 5 Bands, Classic cars, a food trucks diner
and a retro marketplace that makes for a fun step back in time for those who were there and those who wish they were there.

Moorooka, Queensland – Bris Bands Booking Agency will present Psychedelic Sunday
taking place at Arcana, Brisbane, 31st October, 2021. Featuring 3 homegrown bands such
as Brit Beat Mania, RocknRollaBillys, Psychedelic Mushrooms and 2 local solo acts Billy
Guy and William Fairbairn all bring the swinging 60’s back to life, a time of rocknroll, jivin’,
swinging, rockabilly and psychedelic garage rock.

Our $69 tickets include a free Psychedelic Sunday Commemorative T’shirt. Walk on into the
Food Trucks and then relax in the Temperance Bar with craft beers on tap and solo
entertainer William Fairbairn. Stroll up to the Passion Pit with classic cars and retro
marketplace on display, have your photo taken with a 57′ Chevy Bel Air. Billy Guy, one of
our solo entertainers will be strumming and singing back to the 60’s on an outdoor stage.
Back in the Empress Room (seating for 160) we are showcasing Psychedelic Mushrooms,
RocknRollaBillys and Showband Brit Beat Mania.

Psychedelic Sunday was born here in Ipswich as a muso’s “friends and family” get together
after the busy gig period of Christmas. They needed to have a party too!
