– Press Release –
Newly named ARU Group developed a unified approach to meet the needs gaps of Australia.
Phil Perdikaris, the chairman of the ARU Group, has officially announced the new branding and integrative approach used by this family of organisations. Phil explained that the new branding would reflect the collaborative focus and standards of the group.
This Australian owned and operated group started as an automotive apprenticeship organisation almost 20 years ago. Since then, it has grown into a group of enterprises revolving around recruitment, training, and support. Together, this collective impacts over 5000 Australians in their journey to employment, training, and independence every year.
The ARU Group currently consists of
• Apprenticeships R Us – Group Training Organisation specialising in Automotive Apprenticeships
• My Trade Start (Career Options Training Australia RTO# 40733) – Registered Training Organisation
• All Industry Apprenticeships – Apprenticeship and Traineeship Specific Recruiter
• Ostara Australia – Disability Employment Service specialising in Mental Illnesses
• Connex (formally Ability Connex) – registered NDIS provider
The close work between Apprenticeships R Us and My Trade Start already demonstrates this unified approach’s success. Through working closely with each other, My Trade Start achieved the highest course completion and student satisfaction rate in NSW Smart and Skilled automotive training*. The achievements of 81% course completion and 87% student satisfaction rates are impressive feats given that the current NSW trade apprenticeship industry is dealing with a substantial course completion rate drop**.
With this new branding and unified approach, clients and employees alike are optimistic about the group’s future and its services. Grouping specialised organisations to cover a broad range of needs has created a powerful formula to combat industry issues and increase the standards of service provided to Australians.
