The 22-year-old Managing Director of multi-million-dollar real estate agency Property Magician has vowed to put an end to poverty forever by selling tiny homes to Australians.

Spencer Porter said both he and his team at the North Victoria real estate boutique were currently hard at work running a global operation, with a whole team overseas, developing dream homes that are small and portable, as well as easily removable and completely modular.
