The judging process for the 2023 Australian Achiever Awards for Australia’s Specialised Services & Supplies – Sign Industry category was completed on the 14th of September. Mozemo Craft scored 97.87% overall and was awarded NSW State Winner for this category.

Now in its twenty-sixth year, the Australian Achiever Awards are an independent, unbiased award system based on assessment ratings from a business’s customers. The award system focuses on eight criteria, each scored separately: Time-Related Service, Addressing Client Needs, Care and Attention, Value, Attitude, Communication, Overall Perception and Referral. The criteria are rated individually in percentage terms, and the final score is an amalgam due to these. Anything above 80% overall is exceptional and reflects outstanding customer service.
