Farinacci celebrating 40 years of bringing fresh pasta to Australia with what started in humble beginnings with Vincenzo Farinacci seeing unique niche opportunity to manufacture boutique fresh pasta in Melbourne.

In 1984 he set up a retail outlet in Elsternwick making and cooking fresh pasta for the locals.

1985, as the business grew into the wholesale market Michael Farinacci his son, joining him, landing large catering, hotel group and airline contracts

1987 moving to a larger factory in Caulfield supplying Ansett and Qantas airlines along the eastern seaboard, international airlines Alitalia as well as Melbourne’s largest sporting events and hotel’s.

Today, Farinacci’s is directed by third generation Vince Farinacci which has seen the business grow into developing the only boutique gluten free pasta in Australia. With fresh pasta distribution into regional Victoria, NSW and Queensland supplying all of Melbourne’s sporting precincts, Australian Tennis Open, Spring Carnival, Crown Melbourne, Melbourne Convention Centre, Australian Venue Co and most of the 5-4 Star hotels throughout Victoria.

As many have come and gone Farinacci’s still remains a key player in Fresh Pasta throughout Australia. Vince Farinacci wants to dedicate Farinacci’ s success to his Father Michael
