Led by Adam Hodgson, ResolveXO successfully managed KPMG’s property portfolio, with the team developing sophisticated financial models to analyse 25 different workspace scenarios. The project was designed to optimise KPMG’s long-term occupancy while addressing challenges like surplus space and subleases. Furthermore, the project demonstrated a strong commitment to sustainability, aligning KPMG’s business objectives with the green credentials of Barangaroo.
