Industry-leading employee mental health and wellbeing provider Converge has been awarded the global EAP services contract to deliver key counselling services to BHP across 17 countries worldwide.
Through the partnership, BHP’s 80,000-strong employee and contractor network will have access to a range of specialist mental health and wellbeing services. Converge will deploy its holistic wellbeing support solution, including mental health counselling and specialist counselling services across areas including Nutrition and lifestyle, Financial Coaching, Family Counselling, Manager Support, Career Coaching, Conflict Support, and Legal Counselling.
