PRESS RELEASE: Comms Group Reports Record Revenue in March 2025, Driven by Global Expansion and Major Contract Wins

Comms Group Limited (ASX: CCG), https://commsgroup.limited a leading global provider of cloud communications and secure workplace solutions, today announced a record-breaking revenue performance for March 2025, achieving the highest monthly revenue in the Company’s history. This milestone reflects Comms Group’s accelerating global growth and the strength of its diversified business model.
Q3 FY25 Highlights:
• Record Monthly Revenue: The Company achieved an unaudited total revenue of $5.0 million in March 2025, the highest monthly revenue in its history.
• Quarterly Revenue Performance: Unaudited revenue for the March quarter totalled $14.1 million, compared to $27.0 million for the first half of FY25.
• Global Expansion Driving Growth: March’s Global revenue of $1.36 million marked a 26% increase over the average monthly revenue in H1 FY25. The uplift reflects the onboarding of multiple domestic and multinational customers, with further ramp-ups expected in Q4 as provisioning continues across approximately 20 countries.
• Secure Modern Workplace & Cloud Collaboration Growth: Both divisions saw continued momentum, underpinned by increased demand for IT managed services, cloud communications, and collaboration platforms.
During the March quarter, Comms Group secured $2.4 million in new Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), bringing the total value of new contracts signed in FY25 to $8.4 million in ARR. New customers were won across key sectors including automotive, energy, finance, insurance, government, aviation, and consumer goods. Two previously announced contracts also began contributing to revenue in the quarter. A $2.4 million contract with a global SaaS provider commenced partial billing, with full provisioning on track for completion by July 2025. Meanwhile, a contract with a US-based technology company — expected to generate between $1.5 million and $2.0 million annually — also began partial billing, with full revenue contribution anticipated in Q4.
Operational improvements continue to drive efficiency across the business. Comms Group has commenced a major billing platform consolidation project within its Cloud Communications division, designed to reduce costs and enhance data analytics. Additionally, the Secure Modern Workplace Solutions business has implemented a new IaaS hypervisor platform, which is expected to deliver $300,000 in annual savings. The Company is also undertaking a significant upgrade to its customer support environment, including improved endpoint management, backup, and security monitoring. The full deployment is expected by April 2026, with projected annual savings of $300,000.
With continued progress on strategic initiatives, international expansion, and a strong pipeline of opportunities, Comms Group remains well-positioned to sustain its growth trajectory. Unaudited financial results for Q3 FY25 will be released later in April 2025.
