Aura Group has announced the promotion of Nathan Harris to Chief Operating Officer (COO), a newly created role that underscores the firm’s ongoing commitment to institutional discipline, operational excellence, and fiduciary oversight.

Harris, who joined Aura in 2020 as Global Head of Risk and Compliance, brings over two decades of experience in financial services. His career includes senior roles at Nikko Asset Management and Xplore Wealth, along with consulting across asset management, superannuation, and discretionary investment services.

The appointment of Harris to COO is a strategic decision to enhance operational structure and unify oversight across the firm’s product, operations, compliance, and client service functions. In this expanded role, Harris will help ensure robust execution across business units, while continuing to oversee risk and compliance in the interim.
