PRESS RELEASE: Student voices drop breakthroughs: The HYI unleash dance anthem ‘I Know So Much About’ as term 3 enrolments heat up
Adelaide, Australia – 2nd July 2025
Youth Inc. is tearing up the rulebook on alternative education. Term 3 enrolments are open, inviting young people aged 17-24 year to discover education with purpose that works their way. In celebration, our in-house artist collective The HYI (pronounced “hi” – The Humans of Youth Inc.) have dropped a bona fide dance banger, ‘I Know So Much About’, produced by Adelaide sonic agitator Tim Whitt (‘Geisel’, ‘Heartache & Drumbreaks’) and mastered by audio maestro Alex Mader (Hilltop Hoods, Tkay Maidza, Allday).
Our revolutionary process began with on-camera interviews of current students and graduates that informed our 2025 marketing campaign. Tim Whitt then ‘songified’ these interviews – isolating phrases with natural rhythm, tuning snippets, layering beats and melodic arcs – before Alex Mader applied his high-gloss mastering finish. The result? A club-ready anthem that elevates student voice into its own art form. Backing the single is a full-throttle music video made in our inhouse, anarchic, DIY cut-up style.
