Sydney, Australia – Legend Corporation, a leading provider of innovative solutions in the electrical and electronic goods sector, is pleased to announce that it has now completed the acquisition of the business of PSS Distributors, a leading manufacturer and distributor of Uninterruptible Power Supplies, Redback Racks and Patriot Power Supplies. This strategic acquisition enhances Legend Corporation’s product portfolio by making the PSS product range available through our CABAC, MSS Data and Acculec Power businesses as well as continuing to serve PSS Distributors customers as usual.

PSS Distributors established operations in Australia in 2003 and has developed a comprehensive range of UPSs, Power Supplies and Racking Systems for numerous applications such as security, medical and NDIS. The portfolio is also supported by preventative maintenance agreements and service support, offering customers best in class response times.

The PSS Distributors team, led by Terrence Daniel, son of the founder – Roger Daniel, have joined Legend and will be based at Legend’s facilities in Malaga (WA), Mitcham (VIC) and Seven Hills (NSW).
