Why the Old Platform Had to Go
The rebuild moved Amped from their existing setup to WordPress, migrating all 80+ pages and reorganising the site architecture around real search behaviour. Where content had previously been grouped under broad headings, dedicated pages for menu boards, kiosks, video walls, outdoor signage, and window displays gave each solution the space to rank on its own terms.
Web design, content, and SEO were developed in parallel, so the site launched with its search foundations already in place.
Getting the Depth of Work Online
With a platform that no longer required developer tickets for every update, Distl focused on building out content that matched Amped’s real expertise. Blogs covering drive-thru menu board design, outdoor signage in Australian conditions, and hardware comparisons from actual installation experience. Case studies documenting major projects including the Grill’d drive-thru launch, the MECCA Melbourne flagship, and Lotte Duty Free at Melbourne and Perth airports.

What the Rankings Looked Like Twelve Months Later
Comparing Q4 2025 to the prior year, organic leads grew 56%, brand searches increased 45%, and traffic to core product and solution pages climbed 150%. Amped secured page one positions for Digital Signage Perth, Digital Signage Australia, and Digital Signage Sydney across Google Search, Google Local, and Google Mobile.
New branded search queries – including Amped Digital Perth and Amped Digital Australia – emerged where they hadn’t existed the year before.
