One in five Australian women are drinking at dangerous levels

Lisa Greenberg’s interview on 60 Minutes this week has highlighted what Grey Area Drinking Coach Sarah Rusbatch has known for some time – middle aged women in Australia are drinking behind closed doors to dangerously high levels. “I launched my coaching business 18 months ago and have now worked with thousands of Australian women, mostly in the age bracket of 40-60, to change their drinking. Middle aged women all over Australia are filled with remorse and self-loathing about their drinking, but struggle to make a change.” Sarah supports women to change their drinking habits, and more than 13,000 women have joined her online community in 18 months. She is passionate about supporting women and provide them with the tools they really need to manage stress, overwhelm and anxiety, outside of using alcohol.
