PRESS RELEASE: A New App Tackling Loneliness
BRISBANE, Australia, April 5, 2022 – Introjuicer – The premise is simple. When two people who are lonely are introduced, they can eliminate their loneliness together. That was the theory behind a new social app called Introjuicer, by Paul Catts the founder who came up with the idea while studying psychology and working in the field.
“There is a sea of lonely people out there who just need to be introduced, I work with many. After moving interstate for work and not knowing anyone, I was one of them!”
Explaining the app Paul says, “It’s like platonic Tinder or a one-on-one Meetup. You can find and be matched with potential friends, mentors, workout or adventure buddies, supports… whoever you feel is missing in your life.”
But the app goes further than simple introductions and uses psychological principles to get people to connect. Whatever your interests and passions are, find friends and romances by connecting with those who love them too. People bond over shared interests. Sharing the things we love, we often lose ourselves and all awkwardness and shyness go out the window. Paul explains, “Have you ever been to a party and suddenly the person you’re talking to moves the topic of conversation to one of your passions? Your eyes light up. The next thing you know an hour has gone by like it was 5 minutes. That is the power of our passions. When people talk about their interests and passions, there is no small talk. Then it becomes big talk. And small talk is the last thing we want on the app because that is not conducive to building lasting relationships… Actually, why so many dating apps focus on small talk is baffling.”
So what are your passions? Find someone to go bowling, play tennis, go for a hike, enjoy a gig, share your hardships, and find support for times of need. There is a world of possibility out there and Introjuicer is waiting to help form lasting connections and build social support.
Introjuicer is the dating app for friendships, networking, exercise, social support, interest groups, team sports and basically any connection you can think of in life… including dating. It is now available to download on the Apple App Store.
