The pending Australian market entry of Estradiol spray Lenzetto® will help address a critical shortage of Menopause Hormone Therapy products in the country

• Acrux executes an amendment to its licensing agreement for transdermal Estradiol spray Lenzetto®.
• Under this amended agreement, Acrux will receive upfront, regulatory, and commercial milestone payments from Gedeon Richter Plc for Lenzetto® in the Australian market. The terms are commercial-in-confidence.

Melbourne, Australia – 28 May 2026: Specialty pharmaceuticals group Acrux Limited (ASX:ACR) (the Company or Acrux) is pleased to announce the execution of an amendment to its licensing agreement for Lenzetto® with long-time partner Gedeon Richter Plc (Richter).
The amended agreement will see Acrux receive milestone payments from Richter for Lenzetto® in the Australian market. These milestone payments could total up to AUD 5.4 million, to be received within two years from launch and including an upfront payment and regulatory and commercial milestones.
Acrux-developed MHT product Lenzetto® already has a global footprint
Lenzetto® was developed by Acrux and is already licensed to and marketed by Gedeon Richter in more than 40 countries worldwide with sales of EUR 50 million in 2025. It is a transdermal Estradiol spray which is a hormone replacement therapy (HRT) treatment of symptoms associated with oestrogen deficiency occurring in women after menopause such as hot flushes.
Estradiol is delivered by the Company’s unique Patchless Patch™ delivery technology. This technology was invented at Monash University and has helped change the lives of women all over the world.
