This vital service is designed to help eligible patients manage their medications safely, accurately, and with ease, reducing missed doses, avoiding medication errors, and giving peace of mind to both patients and caregivers.
Patients can choose from two convenient formats:

Sachets: Individually labelled, easy-tear sachets grouped by time of day for added convenience and portability.
Blister Packs: Traditional bubble packs are ideal for those who prefer a clear visual layout of their weekly medications.

1. Accuracy

By using Get The Word Out, you agree to only publish information that you know to be true and accurate.
