Shachaya and Anton, a professional business couple who own and operate the “Panorama Hotel” in Jindabyne, Snowy Mountains of NSW since 2014 until present and moved to Tasmania in 2019 due to business expansion with the “Tidal Waters Resort” (Now become the Panorama St.Helens). After COVID hardship, Shachaya and Anton sold the Panorama St,Helens and enjoy Tasmanian farm life style in the historic Alandale Farm in St.Helens. Beside a lot of cattle, pigs, ducks, chicken, goat and more wildlife in the farm, as well as enjoying organic market garden, they became immerged of this natural life style and would like to share with others.
Falling in love with the beauty of Anabel’s Of Scottdale, together with business degrees plus long years of experience in hospitality, both decided to restore their final restaurant venture in Scottsdale, an exuberant agriculture town of Tasmania. “We are so proud to be able to share our proficiency of Thai food that will be crafted from our home grown farm produce and introduced to the community” Anton said. It is very luxury to have our own meat and vegies from our own farm deliver to our own restaurant, we are excited to present our restaurant concept to everybody” said Shachaya.
