Formerly the Facility Manager from 2019 to 2021, Belinda has returned in the role of General Manager, bringing with her deep local knowledge, a renewed leadership perspective, and an unwavering passion for aged care.

“The Hahndorf community is a special place for me personally. Being able to support integrated care through our relationships with local GPs, pharmacy, and other services is truly rewarding,” Belinda shares.

“We regularly welcome husbands and wives, brothers and sisters, even neighbours and close friends, and we’re seeing more people come back for respite again and again,” David says. “The trust our community places in us is hard-won and deeply appreciated.”

As Belinda steps back into leadership, she brings with her a Postgraduate Certificate in Health Care Leadership and a vision to foster an environment of empathy, professionalism, and warmth, where residents and staff alike feel heard and supported.
