PRESS RELEASE: BlueCHP Partners with UniPhi to Streamline Affordable Housing Delivery

BlueCHP, a not-for-profit, Tier 1 Community Housing Provider of affordable and accessible housing has been committed to ensuring every Australian citizen can afford and have access to a home. With this mission statement, BlueCHP wanted to ensure that they were efficient in workload to keep up with their growing customer base and project scale. To guarantee this, BlueCHP partnered with UniPhi in 2023 to support their ongoing developments.

Tasked with overhauling the manual method of management BlueCHP had and minimizing potential risks this approach could potentially have, UniPhi deployed their software to manage all work and activity. BlueCHP utilised spreadsheets and email chains which has led to the possibility of running into inconsistencies, version control issues, and insufficient visibility. This transition resulted in an overall improvement in accuracy and efficiency, and a smaller chance of running into risks.

UniPhi used their cloud-based system to help BlueCHP track developments in real time, process invoice approvals, and support revenue reporting. Alongside this, UniPhi built a development plan dashboard specifically for BlueCHP’s board to have instant access to every important detail in their projects.

EMS Solutions assisted in this development as well by helping UniPhi integrate with their software BASIX, a compliance and financial platform that BlueCHP required to ensure they were meeting compliance requirements and efficient data flow between systems.

The transitioning towards UniPhi’s cloud-based system has resulted in reliable data reporting, increased staff confidence, faster payment processes, clearer tracking, among many other positive outcomes.
