John was an extremely loving and devoted single father, who raised his 3 sons’ solo since they were only 3, 2 and 6 months old.
Tragically John passed away suddenly and unexpectedly on the 28th of March, whilst his 3 boys fought for his life doing CPR for an hour while they were waiting for the ambulance to arrive.
His sudden passing has left his 3 teenage boys (Chilton -18, Ashton -17 and Jenson -15) alone without any family.
The oldest of the boys was only a month away from heading to the Airforce. However, due to the tragic circumstance he has stepped up and decided to take on the role of guardian for his two younger brothers, placing his dreams of joining the Air Force on hold.
As John devoted his entire life to raising his 3 sons’ solo, sadly he never got the chance to build up any assets or money in the bank, making the situation even more dire for the boys now that he’s gone.
The boys do not yet have jobs (Ashton and Jenson are still in school) and they have no licence or way of transport, except their pushbikes.
They have had to instantly grow up overnight, rapidly experiencing the pressures of adult hood, trying to work out how to get food on the table and rent paid, all whilst having no income coming in. Not to mention the grief of trying to process the sudden loss of their beloved father and the trauma of his passing on their living room floor.
Any and all funds raised will be going directly to the boys, to assist in paying their living expenses (rent, utility and grocery bills) and any grief and trauma counselling that may be required.
