FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Food and Drink Lovers Rejoice! Melbourne Beerfest at Catani Gardens is Set to Deliver the Largest Line up to Date – Saturday 26 February
Exciting times are Brewing as a super-sized Melbourne Beerfest hits Catani Gardens St. Kilda next Saturday 26 February.
The iconic annual festival, presented by Little Creatures, is one of the largest meeting places of Australian producers and features over 350 unique, exotic, and small batch craft beers, ciders and cocktails over two jam-packed sessions, guaranteeing twice the fun and offerings throughout the day. All complemented by the very best in gourmet, local street food.
The good times will keep getting better with multiple large scale activations featuring tastings, interactive activities and games and large-scale beer gardens including:
● The Better Beer backyard – brought to you by the team behind The Inspired Unemployed where patrons can go for a zero carb, zero sugar, low cal frothy and a game of totem tennis under the Hills Hoist!
● Glenfiddich Whisky Wanderer bus and beer garden hosting intimate whisky and boiler making sessions
● Little Creatures container bar, beer garden and fun zone.
● The giant orange Monkey Mixer Truck and beer garden mixing it up with some playful twists on your favourite cocktails and hosting some fun games and activities
The day session will run from 11-3:30pm and evening session festivities will kick off at 5pm. Each session will have limited capacity, offering more space on site to ensure a totally COVID safe environment for all.
Tickets for each session will include FREE entertainment including live music with headliner Jolyon Petch, live comedy featuring household names such as Nick Cody and Harley Breen; beer bingo, cocktail making and tasting sessions, brewer forums, roaming performers and more.
At Beerfest festivals patrons are taken on the ultimate journey of craft beer and food discovery; exploring rare and exclusive festival brews, ciders and one-of-a-kind cocktails, complimented perfectly by the best in local street food.
“Our goal is to create the best possible environment for our producers to showcase their brews and brands.”
Now more than ever, it’s critical to support locals! “Our amazing local producers hail from all over Victoria and their exceptional and innovative food and drink offerings are definitely the hero of the festival!”. “It’s why people come from all over Australia. Everything else is there to complement them and keep everyone completely entertained across the weekend.”
From pilsners to porters, seltzers to sours, bourbons and boilermakers or Ginger Monkeys to Melbourne Mules, Beerfest festival goers can expect the best of everything at Melbourne Beerfest!
