Beyond Representation: How to Work with Diverse Talent

Tall Poppy MGMT will host a free online webinar for brands, agencies, freelancers and creatives looking to create more inclusive campaigns, partnerships and experiences.

The practical session will explore how organisations can move beyond simply featuring diverse people in campaigns and instead build inclusion into the way they plan, cast, communicate and create.

The webinar will cover:

• Inclusive language and terminology
• Working with queer, neurodivergent, d/Deaf, disabled and blind talent
• Accessibility during briefing, casting, production and campaign stages
• The difference between tokenism and genuine inclusion
• Finding diverse talent beyond traditional casting channels
• Creating more welcoming and accessible campaigns, events and content

The session will conclude with a 15 minute audience Q&A.
