PRESS RELEASE: Legend Corporation Acquires CON-X manufacturer of PVC bends and fittings for the electrical, communications, and civil sectors

Sydney, Australia – Legend Corporation has acquired 100% of Sunbeam Alpine Pty Ltd, trading as CON-X, a leading manufacturer of PVC bends and fittings for the electrical, communications, and civil sectors. This acquisition supports Legend’s growth strategy and enhances its product portfolio.
Founded by Murray Kent and Tony Warren in 2012, CON-X has established a strong reputation for quality, reliability, and custom manufacturing capabilities, serving electrical wholesalers and specialist civil distributors. The business expanded from Queensland and NSW into Victoria in 2023.
CON-X will continue to operate as a stand-alone business unit, led by General Manager Mark Dunne and Sales Manager Paul Herman.

The transaction was completed on 6 November 2025.
