NEW MENTAL HEALTH SERVICE IN BRISBANE AND SUNSHINE COAST
Scenic Health is proud to announce that on February 6th we launched of our mental health support service “CallSafe” CallSafe and is available to anyone that has NDIS funding.
CallSafe is a 24-hour, 7-day-a-week service. Participants’ first point of communication is over the phone where we can make an assessment of how we can help you best! After the first assessment, we then get our on-call team of fully qualified Counsellors and Social Workers to meet you in person.
CallSafe is an initiative started by Scenic Health to help ease the pressure on our hospitals and to better support people in their time of need within their own environment. Scenic Health is a small mental health support provider working within the NDIS to make a change.
Everyday 100s of Australians attends hospital due to a mental health crisis,
more than half have a disability, our program is designed to give the community someone to talk to when you are at your worst.
CallSafe offers over-the-phone sessions as well as our call-out service which can attend a participant’s location in as little as 2 hours to provide quality care and support. We are available to any NDIS participant who is feeling suicidal, hopeless or in a mental health crisis however that may look.
Our team are all fully qualified counsellors and social workers this means you can rest assured that you are getting the correct help you need.
