PRESS RELEASE: Quindanning Buffalo Named Finalist in the 2026 Australian Grand Dairy Awards

Quindanning Buffalo has been named a finalist in the 2026 Australian Grand Dairy Awards, recognising its Buffalo Milk as one of the nation’s top dairy products.

The winners will be announced in Melbourne on Thursday 26 November 2026, placing the Western Australian producer on a national stage among Australia’s most celebrated dairy makers, including Bannister Downs and Dellendale Creamery.

This finalist recognition follows Quindanning Buffalo’s earlier achievement at the Melbourne Royal Australian Food Awards, where its Buffalo Milk received the Best in Class – Best Non‑Cow Fresh Milk honour.

While the Melbourne Royal accolade marked an important milestone, the Grand Dairy Awards elevate the product into Australia’s highest tier of dairy excellence. The selection acknowledges not only the quality of the milk itself, but also the dedication, care and craftsmanship behind Quindanning Buffalo’s small, family‑run operation.

The Australian Grand Dairy Awards are regarded as the pinnacle of dairy recognition in Australia, judged by industry experts and celebrating outstanding products across all categories. Being named a finalist highlights the growing appreciation for buffalo milk and shines a spotlight on Western Australia’s emerging role in premium dairy production.

As the announcement date approaches, Quindanning Buffalo acknowledges the ongoing support of its customers, stockists and community, whose enthusiasm continues to drive the future of buffalo dairy in Australia.
