PRESS RELEASE: Regional author releases 12th novel in 6 years; helps children live their own publishing dreams

Tyrolin Puxty hasn’t let living in the countryside deter her from achieving her goals. The 30 year old has won Readers’ Favorite awards, hit #1 bestselling multiple times and signed contracts in the USA…all from the comfort of her hometown.

Her recent book, Immortal Cells is already making a splash on social media, touching on the concept of imprisoned immortal beings.

Having grown up in a small town, she understands children don’t have the same opportunities, which is why she started up a performing arts school where she teaches creative writing, vocal, drama and dance and is celebrating her 10th year this year.

Bi-annually, she self-publishes a collection of stories written by her students and puts together a book launch for them to experience their very own publishing dream. 2021 saw a first; international students in the United States participated in the book.

The 5th book will be released this year and Tyrolin is taking submissions from children and teens who wish to see their short story in print.

In the meantime, the BookNest in Mudgee will be hosting the launch of her recent release, Immortal Cells April 1 at 3pm.
