Woy Woy, 7th June 2023 – Canopy SDA, a leader in innovative housing solutions, is excited to announce the ground breaking ceremony for its new Specialist Disability Apartment (SDA) Housing Project. This game-changing development will mark the beginning of construction and is designed to meet the emotional, physical, and practical needs of six individuals living with disabilities on the central coast.
Located at 6 Bowden Rd, Woy Woy, the chosen site is strategically positioned close to amenities, services, transport, and hospitals. This prime location will provide convenient access to essential resources and contribute to the residents’ overall well-being.
The new SDA Housing Project is meticulously designed to enable greater freedom and independence for its future residents. Canopy SDA, understands the importance of creating homes that go beyond functionality and prioritise the comfort and happiness of its participants. Each apartment will be tailored to the specific needs of the individuals, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment that promotes a high quality of life.

The sod turning ceremony on the 19th of June will be a significant milestone in the realization of this ground breaking project. It will signify the official commencement of construction and bring us one step closer to providing six deserving individuals with a home that meets their unique needs.
