PRESS RELEASE: Swezo makes college grad’s dreams come true!

We are all fuelled by dreams that we strive to make true. At Swezo, our dream is to help others achieve their dreams, which is exactly what we did by providing a grad student with the opportunity to make his dream come true.

Mechanic graduate David has always dreamt of re-modelling his dad’s first car. When David was a kid, his dad was involved in an accident, and his car was damaged so badly that it was no longer safe to drive. Unfortunately, his dad wasn’t able to afford to get the car repaired, meaning it was just sat in their garage, obsolete. David grew up talking to his dad’s first car, and promised always that he would one day fix it up, and make it run on the streets like it used to!

Like it or not, we develop emotional attachments to things in life. These attachments stop things from just being things anymore, and they instead become memories – memories that make you smile, and take you back in time to those sweet moments of life. David’s emotional attachment to his dad’s first car was so strong that he grew up to study auto mechanics – primarily, so he could achieve his dreams of getting his dad’s car back up and running!

Although David had the skills and knowledge to be able to do the repairs, he wasn’t sure how procure all the parts required for re-modelling, let alone how he’d find them at a reasonable price. That was when he heard about Swezo from a friend.

Straight away, David jumped on the Swezo website, and posted requests for all of the parts required to remodel the car. As luck would have it, he quickly found the perfect parts seller, who was able to provide David with high-quality, genuine parts that met his exact specifications. To help him fulfil his childhood promise, David also used Swezo to book services from skilful mechanics, with the experience and know-how to get the job done.
Tears ran down David’s cheeks when he finally heard the engine of his dad’s car roar again for the first time. He couldn’t believe his own eyes – his dad’s first car was full of life again!
