I am about to launched RSVPeasy, an Australian RSVP platform that I created after years of working in the invitation and event industry.

One frustration I saw over and over again was that while creating a beautiful invitation has become easier than ever, collecting RSVPs and guest information is still surprisingly complicated. Most RSVP tools feel disconnected from the invitation itself and often look like generic forms that don’t reflect the style or experience of the event.

After experiencing this firsthand with my own clients, I decided to build a better solution.

RSVPeasy allows hosts to upload their invitation, and our AI automatically extracts the event details and creates a customised RSVP page that matches the colours, style and feel of the invitation. The result is an RSVP experience that feels like a natural extension of the invite itself, rather than a separate form.

Hosts can create a beautifully branded RSVP experience in under 90 seconds and manage guest responses, dietary requirements, plus-ones, accommodation details and more from a single dashboard.

As a self-funded founder based in Sydney, this has been a passion project that has taken many months to bring to life, and we’re officially launching this week.
