THE SMALLEST CHEF IN THE WORLD ‘LE PETIT CHEF’ HAS FINALLY ARRIVED IN SYDNEY!
InterContinental Sydney Double Bay presents One-Of-a-Kind 3D Dinner Show.
Sydney, 17/12/2024 – From Tuesday, 21st January 2024, “Le Petit Chef”, a globally-renowned unique dinner theatre, starring 58mm tall chef, arrives in Sydney to make gourmet hearts beat faster. At the Blackburn Restaurant at InterContinental Sydney Double Bay, visitors can expect sophisticated 3D cinema combined with excellent gastronomy.
Every guest can look forward to a show right on their own plate. Between courses, the table is subtly transformed into a screen, where the little chef entertains with various performances. However, his attempts to prepare culinary masterpieces almost always end in disaster. Luckily, the skilled kitchen crew of the Blackburn Restaurant works behind the scenes to help the little chef deliver his specialties to the table! When the food is served, the show moves into the background, setting the stage for an array of regional and international delicacies.

Behind the mesmerizing animations lies the talented Belgian artist collective, “Skullmapping”, founded in 2010 by Filip Sterckx and Antoon Verbeeck. Using 3D mapping technology and profound artistic know-how, the 58 mm small chef was brought to life in 2015.
The experience offers a preselected menu with a variety of mouthwatering dishes. The options include Caprese Salad, Bouillabaisse, Wagyu Topside, and a Coffee Crème Brûlée. With three menu variants available — Classic, Vegetarian, and Kids’ menus — every palate is accounted for, ensuring an unforgettable experience for all guests.
Starting January 21st, 2024, Le Petit Chef will run Tuesday through Thursday at 7.30 pm and Fridays and Saturdays at 5.30 pm and 8.30 pm.
