UniPhi Appoints Jon Pascoe as CEO; Founder Mark Heath Becomes Executive Chair
Leadership changes position award-winning project controls platform for next phase of international growth
SYDNEY, Australia — 6th July, 2026 — UniPhi, the award-winning project controls and portfolio management company, today announced the appointment of Jon Pascoe as Chief Executive Officer. Founder Mark Heath moves to the role of Executive Chair after 26 years leading the company.
Heath built UniPhi from a startup into a globally recognised platform. As Executive Chair, he will continue to drive product strategy and innovation, ensuring continuity while Pascoe leads the business through its next phase of international growth.
The company also announced that Chief Operating Officer Rajeel Deo will take on the additional role of Head of Consulting, strengthening UniPhi’s growing professional services capability.
“Jon brings a unique combination of professional services expertise, leadership experience and a deep understanding of the challenges our clients face,” said Heath. “As Executive Chair, I look forward to focusing on product innovation while Jon leads the business through its next phase of growth. Together with Rajeel, we have a leadership team that combines continuity with the experience to expand UniPhi’s global reach.”
Pascoe brings more than 20 years of leadership experience across consulting, technology and enterprise transformation. His career has focused on helping organisations plan, govern and deliver complex projects — combining expertise in project controls, organisational change and technology-enabled delivery. He has worked with both enterprise software and the organisations that rely on it.
“The opportunity to join UniPhi and build on what Mark and the team have achieved is incredibly exciting,” said Pascoe. “UniPhi has earned a strong reputation for innovation and customer success. I look forward to working with our clients, partners and people as we strengthen our platform, expand our consulting capability and support organisations delivering some of the world’s most complex projects.”
Under Heath’s leadership, UniPhi grew from an Australian software company into a global provider of project controls, portfolio management and capital project delivery solutions. Its clients include major infrastructure, construction, engineering and government organisations worldwide.
The new structure strengthens UniPhi’s client-facing capability while maintaining continuity across product development, consulting delivery and customer support.
The announcement comes ahead of a busy period for the company. UniPhi 22 launches on 3 August, and the team will attend the Project Controls Expos in Canada, the United States and Europe later this year.
