Vantage West Electrical Leads the Charge in Round 2 of WA’s Charge Up Workplace EV Charging Grants
PERTH, WESTERN AUSTRALIA – 2 DECEMBER 2023 – Vantage West Electrical, a leading commercial electrician based in Perth, Western Australia, is at the forefront of accelerating the use of electric vehicle (EV) chargers by helping businesses across the state apply for the Western Australian Government’s Charge Up Workplace EV Charging Grants.
With Round 2 of the grants open from 4 November 2023 to 3 May 2024, Vantage West is committed to ensuring eligible businesses not only understand the opportunity but maximise their chances of securing a grant.
The WA Government is driving a brighter energy future by co-funding the cost of EV charging infrastructure. The grants make it easier and more cost effective for small to medium enterprises, not-for-profit organisations and local government authorities to install EV charging equipment at their workplace.
With $12.5 million in funding support available, the grants aim to promote the spread of EV chargers by co-funding up to 50 percent of their costs, including hardware, software, and installation.
Vantage West aims to simplify a complex grant application process for their clients.
