PRESS RELEASE: WA’S FIRST BUFFALO MILK ICE CREAM LAUNCHES THIS FRIDAY

Western Australia is about to taste something completely new. Quindanning Buffalo and family‑owned MICA Creamery have joined forces to create the state’s first-ever buffalo milk ice cream, a rich, ultra‑creamy treat crafted from locally produced buffalo milk.

The limited‑edition collaboration launches Friday, 13 March 2026, and will be available exclusively at all MICA Creamery stores across Perth. To celebrate the launch of this exciting new treat, MICA Creamery will be offering free
tastings all weekend, inviting Perth locals to experience the naturally creamy texture and full‑bodied flavour that buffalo milk is known for.

The small‑batch ice cream will be released in two debut flavours:

Classic Vanilla
Rich Hazelnut Chocolate

Quindanning Buffalo owner, Graeme Carthy, says the partnership is a milestone for WA’s dairy and artisan food scene.
