Property research player Residz (pronounced “resides”) has announced the release of new capability which informs buyers of property, which suburbs have the greatest relative potential for growth.

Residz joined the real estate research sector by releasing their portal, www.residz.com, which has mapped every address in Australia, in mid-2021. To each address is added highly relevant and influential data for property buying and selling, covering areas such as local crime, school catchments and results, facilities, transport options, bushfire risk, flood risk, contaminated land, development applications, demographics, and much more.

What Residz provides for the user is an ability to access information about any particular property which provide insights matching lifestyle and social preferences, not merely economically based attributes. This enables anyone interested in property, the opportunity to change their key question from “where do I need to live” to “how do I want to live”.
