Garden Street, Alexandria, Hoteloco is set to become a distinctive addition to Sydney’s vibrant

Embracing its proximity to the historic Eveleigh Railway Yards, Hoteloco boasts exposed
concrete ceilings, encapsulating an inviting industrial aesthetic that offers a unique and cozy
boutique experience. The hotel’s name, “Hoteloco,” pays homage to “locomotive,” highlighting
the area’s rich railway heritage and blending it seamlessly with modern design elements.
Strategically situated across the road from the Australia Technology Park—a bustling tech hub—
Hoteloco provides unparalleled convenience for both business and leisure travellers. With
