The new owners, the Towers family: Cory, Rocky, Trevor, Amy, Lucy, and Natalie, bring together decades of experience across building, excavation, carpentry, compliance, business operations, and community engagement. Cory is a licensed builder, who runs successful building and construction businesses, Rocky and Lucy run a successful excavation business together. Amy leads her own workforce compliance and legal consultancy. Trevor operates his own carpentry business. Natalie, who grew up just down the road from Frosts, runs her own community-focused business and brings deep local knowledge. This collective experience ensures a holistic approach to business growth and operational excellence.

To support a seamless transition and ongoing operational excellence, an experienced Operations Manager has been working closely with the Frost family over the past several months.
